Virtual phone keypad is located ouside current desktop and therefore is not visible.
To fix the problem, keypad position must be reset to the default value.

- close Phonebar
- on Windows Explorer locate folder Utilities in Phonebar installation path (default path C:\Program Files (x86)\Phones Enterprise\PhoneBar\Utilities)
- start HiddenRegKeyConfigurator.exe
- enable "Reset Virtual Phone Form position" flag
- save and exit
- start Phonebar
